We tend to mistake one for the other.
Black has life, black is beautiful, black is beauty, black expresses emotions, black is a color, black has a rhythm, it has a message and disseminate information, black has feelings, it has touch, it has its sense, it has harmony and has experience.
Dark on the other side is deep, dark is pain, dark conveys pain, it disseminate suffering, hatred, broken heart and sometimes lifelessness.
Black and dark may be a set of twin, from the same mother, the same womb and sperm but are two different and identical souls and yes, they both have stages. I.e, the beginning, middle and end and they both shape our lives, emotions, thoughts, decisions, feelings and career.
Thus, this is why a person whom view the world as nothing but pain and emptiness is often said to be on the dark side of the world, out of the earth and in the space.
Atimes, dark mix with black and mostly, it result to depression, which may change and may not change our fate, destiny, life and career for the good or bad.
At night, we may feel sober, lost and out of our world, as if our world is crumbling before our very own eyes and we stare helplessly. the next morning, we may feel alive, agile and creative like nothing had happened the night before.
Don’t get me mixed up, sometimes we are not in control of our life actions, decisions and this might make us feel like a caged bird or a new baby being watched and monitored, but we shouldn’t call that black or dark; not yet, not immediately, not when we haven’t verify our thoughts and emotions .
In a nutshell, there is a saying that “you see the world the same you view it and you feel the world that same way too” nature can be dark or black just as the sea can be blue or red.
This is amazing, and a wonderful piece.
